  1.         Startup Instructions for CQPWIN, ver. 3.0,  9/10/94

  3. The distribution disk contains several files needed for CQPWIN,
  4. ver. 3.0 These are:
  5.  
  6.  CQPWIN30.EXE -- The Executable program
  7.  CQPWIN20.INI -- Initiation and Setup file
  8.  CQPWIN.DAT   -- Data file
  9.  CQPWIN30.HLP -- Help text file
  10.  README30.WIN   -- This file
  11.  VBRUN200.DLL -- Visual Basic Runtime support file
  12.  CQPAFT20.EXE --DOS file used for postcontest processing.
  13.  50CQP.CQP    --Sample log files for the three contests
  14.  50SS.CQP
  15.  50 WPX.CQP
  16.  
  17.    To get started, copy  all of these files to the same directory
  18. (e.g., C:\CQPWIN), except copy  VBRUN200.DLL to the
  19. WINDOWS/SYSTEM subdirectory on your hard disk.
  20.  
  21.   To run the program, create a program group item in Program
  22. Manager.  Have it execute the program CQPWIN30.EXE (e.g., if you
  23. have the files in the C:\CQPWIN directory, then the "Command
  24. Line" in the Program Item Properties box in Program Manager would
  25. read :"C:\cqpwin\cqpwin30.exe").  If you want more flexibility,
  26. you can create a PIF program to run it. Or you can simply select
  27. the program name in Program Manager and use the Run option from
  28. the File Menu to run it.

  30.   Complete instructions on running the program are in the Help
  31. menu when the program is run.  Or, you can read the help text
  32. file CQPWIN30.HLP with a text reader (don't change it or add any
  33. word processing codes, or it won't work as a help file).  Good
